All estimates are from dispatch, not from the moment you order. Orders placed before 2pm ET on a business day are usually processed the same day; everything else goes out the next business day.
Tracking your order
You'll receive two emails: an order confirmation immediately, and a dispatch email with your tracking number once the parcel is scanned by the carrier. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show its first movement — that's normal and doesn't mean anything is wrong.
If your tracking hasn't updated in five business days, email support@truefitsocks.com with your order number and we'll chase the carrier or reship it.
Address changes
Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we can almost always correct an address before dispatch. After the parcel ships, the address is locked by the carrier.
Customs and duties
The great majority of our international customers pay nothing extra. Some countries apply import VAT or duty on parcels arriving from abroad; where that happens it's charged by your local authority, not by us, and we have no way to prepay or waive it.
Currency
Every price on this site is in USD. Your bank converts at its own rate at the moment of purchase, so the amount on your statement may differ slightly from the USD total.
If something goes wrong
Lost, damaged or never delivered — tell us and we'll replace it or refund you. That's on top of the 30-day guarantee covered on the returns page.
