1. Who you're buying from
This site is operated by TrueFit Socks, 10199 Dean Drive, Manassas, VA 20110, United States. Using the site or placing an order means you accept these terms.
2. Prices and currency
All prices are in US dollars (USD) and include no hidden fees. Your bank applies its own exchange rate if your account is in another currency. We may change prices at any time, but never after you've placed an order.
3. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. It's accepted when we send the dispatch confirmation. We may decline an order — for example if an item is out of stock, a price was displayed in error, or a payment is flagged as fraudulent — and if we do, you're refunded in full.
4. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe over an encrypted connection. We never see your full card number. You confirm you're authorised to use the payment method you enter.
5. Shipping
Free worldwide shipping applies to every order. Delivery estimates on the shipping page are estimates, not guarantees; carrier delays and customs inspections are outside our control. Any import duty charged by your country is your responsibility.
6. Returns and the guarantee
Our 30-day money-back guarantee is set out in full on the returns page and forms part of these terms. It does not affect any statutory rights you have in your own country.
7. Health disclaimer
TrueFit socks are a general wellness product, not a medical device. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and nothing here diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents any disease. If you have diabetes, peripheral arterial disease, neuropathy, heart failure, an active skin infection or an open wound, consult a qualified clinician before wearing compression garments.
8. Testimonials and results
Customer reviews reflect individual experience. Comfort and perceived benefit vary between people, and we make no promise of a specific outcome.
9. Intellectual property
All text, images, product photography and design on this site belong to us. You may not copy or republish them commercially without written permission.
10. Acceptable use
Don't attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at scale, or use it for fraudulent orders. We may refuse service to anyone doing so.
11. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here excludes liability for death, personal injury or fraud caused by our negligence.
